THE FOUNDER
Late Mr. N.S. Deshmukh
Alias Bhayyasaheb Dada Deshmukh
Mr. N. S. Deshmukh was an eminent educationalist, an erudite politician, selfless worker, an orator, an eminent scholar and a crusader of Indian Culture and tradition. He brought a whiff of culture and ethical tone to education. A Young by heart human being, who traversed far and wide explaining the glory of regional culture and his achievements are beyond labels.
Late Bhayyasaheb Deshmukh's idea of school education was an all-round development, in the rural areas, and making education easily available in remote rural areas in low cost.
He followed Swami Vivekanand's thoughts and always believed "The way to be Happy is to make others Happy". This maxim he made the guiding philosophy of Babarao Education Society, Talvel.

Mr. Rajendra N. Deshmukh Alias
Rajabhau Deshmukh
Mr. Rajendra N. Deshmukh a Farmer, a Politician, an educationist, a Social Worker and a Leader, is the son of N. S. Deshmukh. He, has been associated with various social, religious and cultural organizations.
He is a source of inspiration to many with his able qualities of management and independence. He is the President of BEST, a learning center which works for poor and needy sections of society.
He is a true leader with the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
